2002 Honda Accesories Civic Si:

The performance-minded Civic hatchback became the champion of the import performance scene in the 1980s and 1990s. Now it’s back.

Set to arrive at Honda dealers nationwide
in March of 2002,
the Civic Si demonstrates Honda’s performance philosophy with its advanced engine technology,solid feel and European-tuned Type R suspension.

Under the hood, the Civic Si’s 2.0-liter i-VTEC 4-cylinder engine pumps out 160-horsepower.

A quick-ratio 5-speed manual transmission maximizes acceleration and performance driving. Large 4-wheel disc brakes with ABS, large anti-roll bars, aggressive spring rates and quick ratio electronic power steering add to the Si’s performance demeanor.

Meanwhile,
the interior is all business with deeply bolstered racing style seats
(standard equipment on all Civic Si models)

And an innovative rally style gear shifter that is integrated into the instrument panel.

Packaged to be practical, fast, fun and affordable,
standard equipment includes a
CD player,
moonroof,
power windows and locks,
front dual-stage airbags and side airbags, and much more .

Genuine Honda Accessories displayed on the SEMA vehicle
include carbon fiber interior trim pieces, splash guards,
fog lights and an engine cover with red lettering.

       

With production expected to reach 15,000 units in its first year,
a wide variety of parts and accessories should be available for this unique performance car in the near future.
